Double Room in Friendly Flatshare

Hello! After 8 amazing years in this flat the time has sadly come for me to leave London so my room is available and we are looking for the perfect housemate to join the flat.

The room is a really good size and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with extra space spare for a desk and additional storage should you want it! A large window looks onto the massive roof terrace at the back of the flat offering lots of privacy. The furniture in the pictures is mine so will be coming with me but if you come for a view we can show you the kind of stuff the landlord provides.

The flat has a huge living room with two sofas, dining area and additional storage. It opens out with french doors onto a massive roof terrace perfect for summer BBQs. The separate kitchen is ideal for house sharing as it enables people to cook whenever suits without having to worry about disturbing anyone else. There's plenty of storage, a washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and fairly new fridge freezer. The bathroom is shared with one other flat mate (Rehan has his own ensuite) it has an electric shower so hot water is never an issue.

You would be living with Luke and Rehan, professionals in their early 30's who have both lived at the flat for the last few years. The general dynamic of the flat is very chilled and easy going. Most evenings someone is around to watch TV with or chatter to, though taking time to yourself is easy. As a flat we normally has a few series on the go and are normally up for a shared meal or evening out should it take your fancy.

Luke is an active member of a London football team and loves all things sport. He's always up for a wander in the Heath or further a field and has yet to turn down a pub quiz.

Rehan loves to try out new things in the kitchen and test out food spots around the city. He often knows the spot for a new exhibition.

Genuinely this is a home with real friends and if I wasn't relocating North there is no way I would be leaving. If it sounds like it could be the flat for you get in touch!
