Double Room in Kentish Town

Hi folks,

My flatmate is moving out which means his double room in our Kentish Town flat is available ASAP. Viewings from the 7th of August onward!

The Flat

Rent is £890 a month and bills are around £200 per person each month (that includes wifi, gas/electricity, water, and council tax - band E).

The room is really light and comes furnished with a double bed, a large 3 door wardrobe, and a big desk. We have a large living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a roomy kitchen.

Transport and Local Amenities

Kentish Town is a cute place to live with nice pubs and restaurants and lots of green space nearby. The flat is really well connected transport wise. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Kentish Town West overground station, and we are equidistant from Chalk Farm and Kentish town tube stops. There is space in the basement of the building where you can (unofficially) store your bike.

Who you’ll be living with:

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Rutger. I’m 29 years old, originally from the Netherlands but I have lived in the UK for the past ten years. I work in central London in the renewable energy industry (I’m usually in the office 4 days a week). I love cycling and cooking, as well as discovering all the great places in London to eat and/or drink a pint. I keep the place pretty tidy and clean so it would be great to share the place with someone similarly inclined.
