Double Room in 2 Bed Kentish Town

Looking to fill a room in my 2 bed flat in Kentish Town as my flatmate is moving out of London.

The flat is in a super convenient location with Kentish Town West overground 5 minutes away, Kentish Town Rail Station around 7 minutes away (+ underground once it reopens but Camden Town is about 12 minutes) and plenty of buses on our doorstep that will get you to Soho in 20 minutes.

It has a nice spacious living room with lots of light, separate kitchen and one bathroom.
The room is on the small side I am aware (it has been my room for 2 years but I decided I wanted a change). But it does have lots of built-in storage which is great - deep cupboards and under bed. I'm also happy for you to store stuff in the shared space where necessary of course.

A little about me - I work primarily in a local cafe, while pursuing acting and filmmaking on the side. I would love to live with another creative but that is not required! I like to hang out with my flatmates, primarily watch films or cook/eat together (I'm vegan and again if you are that is great but it's not required haha). I enjoy my alone time and privacy as well and of course will offer you that! Not a clean freak but since it's a small space I like to keep on top of stuff as much as possible and would appreciate the same from my flatmate.

The rent is going up unfortunately so it will be £915, + bills which are around £164 (inc. council tax) at the moment, although I am attempting to find cheaper wifi.

Looking to find someone to sign a new contract with me starting on the 13th of August 2024. My flatmate is moving out a little earlier however, so we could arrange an earlier move-in if needed.
