Description

Available to move in from September onwards and sharing with 3 other lovely flatmates – we’re searching for someone who wants more than a space to live but a communal home 🫶 No couples, students or self-employed sorry!

🏡 The house

A whole townhouse – a RARITY for here in London – on a quiet residential street just off from Kentish Town high street (we know most of our neighbours around us!). Stunning kitchen and dining space that leads into the outdoor garden/terrace area, a separate living room space for entertaining mates and the upstairs also has a beautiful balcony that gets sun 24/7 (a garden and balcony what! 😮). The house has in total 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 guest bathroom and 2 bathrooms with showers upstairs).

🛌 The room

Private top-floor retreat room (largest room in the house!), has 2 massive windows, huge wardrobes and a fireplace (not usable though!). You’ll split the upstairs bathroom with one other person and have access to main family bathroom (huge bath in there!).

👫 The housemates

I’ve really enjoyed living with these guys and super sad to be leaving! You'll be living with some fantastic people 🫶

• Sophie (25, Lao-Brit) has grown up overseas in Asia for most of her life and works in marketing for a tech company. She can be seen occasionally stress-cleaning around the house, dragging housemates to wine bars, and hosting girly Sunday brunches at home.
• Eddy (26, Malaysian) has lived in everywhere from Melbourne to California and works as a software engineer at the same tech company as Sophie. He’s the proud father of two boys (Loki and Ragnar - furry adorable bastards), will often be seen cooking fun dishes for the housemates, and is a bit of whiskey snob.
• Lucki (24, British) is a Leicester boy who moved down to London earlier this year and works in fashion (can provide great advice on outfits). He can often be seen baiting other housemates with pints at the pub, only displays emotion when Chelsea scores and has an extensive list of saved restaurants on Google.

👤 You

• 24-28 y/o gals (LGBTQIA+ friendly) please 🙏 We are trying to keep a balance in the house and Sophie needs to have girly chats with someone
• Socially-independent but down to occasionally hang on the weekends and do fun stuff!
• Chilled with having friends over and hosting occasional parties (we are not a party house but we love a Halloween party!)
• Down to be a part of our cleaning schedule and chip in to get nice bits for the house (we are all interior design lovers)
• Cat lovers - we have ragdolls so they do shed a bit of hair but they provide ample cuddle therapy

💰 Logistics

• 1250GBP + Utilities per month ~130GBP and deposit is £1,198
• One-time fee to take over bedroom furniture and communal furniture for the house (everything will be discounted and you will own the furniture)
• Will need to earn above £34k or be able to show savings/a guarantor and full-time employed
• Moving in from 1st of September
• Interview process: 10min call with Hannah first, house visit, and then final decision!
  • £1,250 pcm (double)
