Spacious and Beautiful Flat in Dartmouth Park

Sadly, my amazing roommate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take her place. The current atmosphere in the flat is very relaxed, we do get along very well but we are also both very busy. We are both tidy and clean, and very respectful of one another and the fact we may have different schedules and routines. I’m hoping to continue this with my new roommate.

I work as a business operations manager at a private healthcare company and I have a mix of days working at home in my room and in the office or onsite at one of our hospitals. My current roommate also alternates days at home vs in the office but we have never had issues when both of us are home.

I enjoy going to concerts, going on walks (especially on Hampstead Heath which is 2 min away walking), going to theatre shows, spending time with friends, watching tv, and much more.

Our flat is perfectly situated within east walking distance to Hampstead Health, right by the tennis courts. We also are 2-3 min away from several great bus routes: 88, C11, 214. All of these give easy/quick access to Kentish Town, Camden, Archway, and other even all the way down to central london by Oxford Circus.

The flat itself is on the top floor, the 4th floor, which means lots of light and a breeze. But don’t worry, there is a lift to come up.

The room is spacious with plenty of storage space, and a gorgeous view out of the window. It comes furnished with a double bed with 2 drawers underneath, a lamp if you want it, a large double wardrobe, and an additional single closet with built in shelves. There is plenty of room for a dresser and/desk.

The flat has a pretty spacious kitchen for london and us a pleasure to cook in. There is a dishwasher (which to be honest, I’ve never even attempted to use), a combined washer/dryer, a fridge/freezer, oven, job, and toaster.

The bathroom is pretty standard. It does have a nice deep tub as well as a nice shower head with very good shower pressure and great temperature control.

There is a shared living room that is free for everyone to use most of the time. There is a 3rd roommate who stays in this room usually on the weekends when he’s in the country (although he does spend 3-6 months a year in Europe). However, in the 2 months I’ve lived here, it’s not impacted me as on the weekend that he’s here, he’s been out all day and only there in the evenings on Fridays or Saturdays, and the occasional Sundays.

My flatmate moving out for delayed and I had paused waiting to hear on a date (now will be Sep 15th-21st most likely, and 100% before October. I’m now checking messages daily or every other day and quite responsive so please reach out.

I’m hoping she’ll be able to move out by the 20th so I can move my stuff into her room before the holiday which would then open mine up, but if not, I will be out of the country from 21 Sep through 14th Oct for family obligations and an important wedding, so that’s why I’ve updated the move in date to worst case scenario - Oct 15/16.
