Room in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment

The bigger room is available, it has its own bathroom outside the room with a tub. The kitchen and living rooms are shared and fully furnished. The bedroom is not furnished but my current roommates are open to discussing selling it. I have a cat :)

I like to have friends over on the weekends and sometimes on weekdays, I’m very sociable but also love some peace and quiet. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is on the high street and no lift. The windows of the bedrooms look out onto Kentish town road so it’s not too quiet.

The apartment is right next to Kentish town station (underground is currently closed but Thames link operates). There’s also tufnell park station 12 min walk and Camden town station 17 min walk. There is also Kentish town west overground 7 min walk away along with multiple bus stops too. There are plenty of cafes / bars / charity shops / grocery stores etc, right downstairs.

Once in a while I also have people family / friends that would come and stay with me or in the living room on the couch but happy to discuss more about that in person.

I like to keep the apartment as clean as possible and we usually get a cleaner every 2 weeks.

All the furniture in the house is mine along with cleaning equipment etc.

WiFi is not too great but does the job - in case WFH is a thing for you. There are a lot of cafes nearby too.
