3-Month rental only

Renting out my gorgeous 1 bedroom flat in Kentish Town whilst I'm away from 1st Nov '24 to end of Jan '25. I'm primarily looking for someone to take care of my two gorgeous cats & for the maintenance of the flat over the winter months.

You absolutely must be a cat lover as they’re super sweet & need feeding a. m & p. m plus daily cat litter cleaning as they're house cats & don't go outside.
The flat is within a converted victorian house on one of the primary streets in Kentish Town with a small but spacious balcony.

Two other flats share the main front door & communal space with a garden flat below.

This would suit a professional female who works from home. This wouldn't suit anyone who goes away overnight or for long weekends.

This is a lovely, light filled property and is fully furnished with everything you could need including TV with SkyQ, wifi, etc. Bathroom with shower & bath, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, central heating, wall to wall wardrobe space, desk, sofas, all mod cons on a lovely quiet street. I would just ask you to bring your own sheets & towels. The flat would need to be cleaned and maintained so I’m happy to recommend a cleaner for your stay.

Walking distance to both Kentish Town and Tufnell Park tube station as well as Kentish Town West overland & National Rail plus buses up and down the high street a very short walk away. Everything you need is close by from pubs, gyms, yoga classes, restaurants, coffee shops, organic shops, hardware stores, pharmacy, Sainsbury's, Pret & more.

We are 15 mins walk to Camden Town & Hampstead Heath & Parliament Hill are 10 minutes walk. Plus a short bus ride (or longer walk) towards Primrose Hill.

I've been renting to an incredible tenant for the past couple of years with zero stress, open communication, a neat & tidy professional who adores my cats & the flat just as much as I do, so I'm really looking for the same. Trust & honesty are key. No smokers, no parties.

Rent includes all bills except gas & electricity which will be charged according to the monthly bills.
