2 week rental ONLY gorgeous 1 bed furnished flat

Renting out my lovely 1 bedroom flat in Kentish Town for 2 weeks over Christmas from December 21st 2024 - January 4th 2025 to take care of my two gorgeous house cats.

You must be a cat lover as they’re part of the deal, super sweet & need feeding twice a day plus regular cat litter cleaning as they're house cats & don't go outside.

The flat is within a converted victorian house on one of the primary streets in Kentish Town with a spacious balcony.

Two other flats share the main front door & communal hallway with a separate garden flat below but you have my flat all to yourself.

This would suit a professional female who wants to be in London over the Christmas period & won't be going away overnight or for long weekends.

This is a lovely, light filled property and is fully furnished with everything you could need including TV with SkyQ, wifi, etc. Bathroom with shower & bath, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, central heating, wall to wall wardrobe space, desk, sofas, all mod cons on a pretty quiet street. The flat would need to be cleaned & maintained so I’m happy to recommend a cleaner for your stay.

Walking distance to both Kentish Town and Tufnell Park tube station as well as Kentish Town West overland & National Rail plus buses up and down the high street a very short walk away. Everything you need is close by from pubs, gyms, yoga classes, restaurants, coffee shops, organic shops, hardware stores, pharmacy, Gail's, Sainsbury's, Pret & more.

We are 10 mins walk to Camden Town & Hampstead Heath & Parliament Hill are 15 minutes walk. Plus a short bus ride to Primrose Hill.

I've been renting to an incredible tenant for the past couple of years with zero stress, open communication, a neat & tidy professional who adores my cats & the flat just as much as I do, so I'm really looking for the same. Trust & honesty are key. No smokers, no parties.

Rent includes all bills except gas & electricity which will be charged according to the monthly bills.
