SUBLET, lovely flat in KentishTown- Flexible dates

I'm subletting my double room in our lovely Kentish Town flat. 1 - 7 October, I am flexible on dates though. The week is £320.

You'd be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom with my amazing flatmate Billie. We are preferably looking for a friendly female/ queer flatmate to sublet the room.

The flat;
Is really beautiful and bright with high ceilings on the second floor. It has two bedrooms, a bright kitchen and living room, cozy bathroom and a back garden. The flat is just 3 min walk from Kentish Town tube station, 7 min walk from Kentish Town West overground and 12 min walk to Camden Town station. The flat is fully furnished!

The room;
The room is a double room with a large window and high ceilings and a built in wardrobe. Comfortable mattress and plenty of storage space.

As said the room is available from the Monday 9th of September and throughout the week however I'm flexible on days so please don't hesitate to check. Bills included.
