I am moving out of my current room and am looking for a replacement. I’m moving back to Taiwan. The room will be available from the 15th November. It is a quiet room with a really comfy bed (with a beautiful bed frame) and has a really sweet view facing the gardens.

- Council tax £73/month
- Electricity/Gas + Water approx £50/month
- Kentish Town station is 1 minute away (Thameslink and northern) Tufnell Park is a 10 min walk.
- The room is situated in a 3-storey house and is on the ground floor, you will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other housemate.
- Furnished (One double bed, one closet, one single sofa, one chair, one bed stool)
- Current lease runs until Mid Jan 2025 and the housemates are intending to extend it after.

About the house:
It is a lovely house that Is comfortable with a really big kitchen and lots of space to have friends over too. (I have hosted a Lunar New Year hot pot party up to 10ppl!)

We also have a really cute garden. In the house currently there is Louis, Hal and Meera, I know all of them personally and they are easygoing, responsible and good to be around. It’s a very chill house and we sometimes hang out but also do our own thing a lot. We have a weekly rota for chores and also occasionally spend time tidying up the garden together.

To pass referencing you will need to be in full-time employment, provide your passport for check. (digital form would be fine.)
