Room in 2 person flat in Kentish Town

A room is available in my spacious and safe 2 person flat in Kentish Town. I am the current tennant and my roommate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to fill the room.

The flat is warm, gets lots of sun and has big spacious rooms. It is also secure with a courtyard gate, separate door to the block of flays and double lock on the front door. Kentish Town has an array of great shops ands cafes which are a 5 minute walking distance from the flat, and it's conveniently located on the thames link, northern line and overground.

The flat has a large living room and separate kitchen and comes fully furnished, although the landlord has been accommodating about us replacing furniture with our own in the past so this might be an option. All bills are included - this covers rent, council tax (band B), wifi, electricity and gas. Bills and rent already go out of my account so payment would be transferred to me ahead of the rent due date.

I work as a teacher, so anyone working from home would benefit from having the flat to themselves and being able to work from the living room rather than their own bedroom. You would also share the flat with my cat, Nikki (pictured above) he is a friendly, playful and curious cat who will enjoy getting to know you!

The landlord has strong no-smoking rules. This home is a welcoming and tolerant places for all religions, gender identities and ethnicities.
