Double room available in our 2-bed ground-floor flat in Kentish Town. We’ve lived here for nearly 2 years but as my flatmate is moving on from London I am looking for a new flatmate, from October 11th.
We have a pretty large garden area which is private access. Bills are not included in pcm but come to about £175 a month.
The flat is 5 mins from Kentish Town station (Thameslink, Northern line), 8 mins from Tufnell Park station (Northern line) and 15 mins from both Kentish Town West and Gospel Oak stations (overground).
About me: my names Claire, I’m 25, from Maidenhead in Berkshire, and I work in publishing. In my free time I love to go to the pub, craft, and spend time on the Heath (only a 15 min walk from the flat!)
