I'm having to leave this amazing flat as I'm moving overseas!
It's a ground floor double room with high ceiling and a large window so it's really bright and feels more spacious. Bathroom shared with Sarah (30), who's really lovely, social and works full-time (3 days from home).
Kitchen, living room and garden are on the basement floor and gets plenty of light. 3rd room is also on the basement floor with new roommate (female) moving in mid-November.
The flat is well located in a safe neighborhood and road in Zone 2 - pubs, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, charity shops and bookstores a plenty. Only 5 mins walk to Northern line (Tufnell Park) and Thameslink (Kentish Town). Overground is within 15 mins at Kentish Town West / Gospel Oak. Lots of buses within a few mins of the flat. Walkable to Hampstead Heath, Camden, KingsX, Finsbury Park etc.
Bills (including council tax) are about £130 per month.
Contract is currently due to end on 28 February 2025 but will likely be renewed by remaining flatmates. There will be a £50 non-refundable referencing fee. Given council tax, we are looking for professionals only - you will need to earn at least £30,690 or have a UK guarantor that does.
Move in date is 1 December but I can be a bit flexible (up to 5 Dec).
