Excellent transport links; Kentish Town, Camden Road, and Caledonian Road stations are all within a 10 minute walk; several 24 hour buses have nearby stops. Camden Market, Kings Cross St. Pancras Station, Primrose Hill, and Regents Park are also all walkable.

I'm Danny, and I’m looking for a new flatmate.

I’m always up for a chat and a catch-up, but generally I tend to keep to myself when I’m home and not be intrusive. Preferable would be someone who doesn't work from home for the majority of the week, but I am flexible. I like to keep things tidy and peaceful, and I’m very hands on with repairs and fixing any issues that arise in the flat.

The flat is fully furnished, and the room is furnished too, equipped with a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, lamp, two chests of draws, and two cupboards.

Kitchen is very well equipped, and includes a dishwasher, and washing machine.
Loads of storage space. Despite the amount of rooms, it would only be a 2-person max (including me) flat.

Bills all included in the price, as well as all basic amenities (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.)

There is a large, shared community garden.

Parking can be made available, but that would be at your own cost.
