Two Flatmates Needed for Kentish Town Application

Hi! My current flatmate and I are putting in an offer for this beaut 4 bed flat in Kentish Town and are looking for two people to sign onto the lease with us ASAP. Your potential flatmates:
George: a 26-year old architecture student at UCL who also works as a barista.
Aisha: a 24-year old barista and fundraising assistant at an East London charity.

We both like having people round for dinners and having a drink and a chat in the evenings, but are also both out of the flat a fair bit. Both of us are tidy but not looking for people who need the place to be spotless.
