Double Room in Gospel Oak / Kentish Town Sublet

The room is furnished. It has a built-in wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, bed, bedside table. However, you will need a desk.

£800 all bills included for the duration of the stay (11 Oct - 11 Nov but could be slightly flexible).

The flat is on the top floor of a low-rise block of flats. We have a big outdoor terrace (see pictures) looking out over communal gardens which we also have access to. When the weather is good you can enjoy sitting outside. In the summer we have BBQs from time to time.
We share the bathroom and separate toilet; and then the kitchen which is well-stocked including appliances and crockery etc. and with a table for sitting down to eat.

Your flatmates would be three young professionals - two males and one female currently. It's a fairly quiet flat. We do our own things a lot of the time, but we also get on well and socialise in the communal areas.

The area is well located for transport and also green space. It's around a 10 minute walk to the bottom of Hampstead Heath at Parliament Hill.
We are close to town - especially north central and the west end. You can cycle or get a bus easily into town (e. g. you can get to Kings Cross or Euston in around 20 minutes).
For public transport there is Gospel Oak overground less than 10 minutes' walk away which connects to east London; then approx. 12 minute walk to the Northern line at Chalk Farm; and Kentish Town station is a similar distance and connects to the Thameslink mainline trains (including direct connection to Gatwick and Luton airports).
