Bright & spacious room in lovely house with garden

READ CAREFULLY — 2 months summer let

I’m sub‑letting my lovely, bright and very spacious double room in Kentish Town from 3 July to 30 August 2025 (fixed dates). The house sits on a cute, quiet street and even has a little garden for morning coffee in the sun.

You’d be living with my three close friends from back home in Belgium who work in tech sales, AI and strategy. We all keep busy during the week and are usually out exploring at weekends, so the place stays calm—definitely not a party house.

The room comes fully furnished with a super‑comfy bed, high‑quality bedding, plenty of storage and thoughtful design touches. You'll have a desk and comfy chair to work if working from home. All bills are covered.

Location perks? Co‑op supermarket is 30 seconds away, Salvino’s Italian deli is round the corner, Bread by Bike does great coffee and pastries, and The Parakeet is our go‑to for great food and drinks. Kentish Town tube & Thameslink are a short stroll; Camden is close, too. And Hamsptead Heath / Regents Park are close by too.

Solo renter only (no couples) and no pets.
