Due to an outgoing tenant, I’m on the lookout for a new housemate to renew my tenancy with in March 2025, though there is also an option to sublet from Jan 8th if you want to move in earlier!

This is a gorgeous flat, only a stone’s throw away from Kentish Town station. Recently refurbed, it’s super cosy in winter (we’ve never needed to put the heating on in a year). The kitchen is super modern, while the adjoining lounge/communal area is spacious and offers a great space to work from home if you’re so inclined.

Complete with a really fancy bathroom (bath and shower!?!?) and a stunning little balcony from which you can gaze out dreamily over the road and car park below, this would be a mental one to miss out on.
