ABOUT ME:
You will share the flat with me, Andrei. I’m an open-minded and relaxed person. I am a writer who studied Film & Television and am deeply passionate about art. Besides writing, my time is spent reading (mostly horror and sci-fi literature), gaming, and weightlifting. I also love watching films and attend the cinema on a regular basis. I’m not much of a drinker and enjoy nights in and the occasional philosophical discussion about why we exist, if life has any meaning, etc. I also have a decent sense of humour and enjoy stand-up comedy. Currently I am working from home but this may change in the future.
ABOUT YOU:
Looking for a flatmate who is easy-going and respects privacy and quiet time. Ideally, someone who has a sense of humour and an appreciation for creativity. Bonus if you are into film, as we can have movie nights! The bedroom won’t fit a desk, so may not suit someone who works from home, although you are welcome to work from the dining table in the communal space!
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think you’d be a good fit. It would be great if you could include a bit of info about yourself in your message.
The rent is £1275 per month, which includes everything, i. e. energy, water, council tax & broadband.
