Hi everyone,
I am a current tenant looking for a replacement housemate. The room comes with the following features:

*5 minutes to walk to Kentish town underground station.*

*Spacious: would suit someone with lots of luggage.*

* 5th floor apartment with a secure entrance and a partial city view*

There aren't any major issues here, although the furniture could do with being updated. You will be sharing with 3 young professionals who are laid back and friendly. This area would be perfect for someone who wants to be close to Camden and the city.

The room is managed through ADS properties, who will act as the landlord.

Please note:
The room is available from 23rd March.

The deposit is the last month's rent, and the current contract is until the end of September.

There is a bill contribution every 6 months, this is 1 week's rent.
