Very Large Double Room In Kentish Town

I’m leaving Kentish Town After almost 3 years in this wonderful flat

You will be living with 2 roommates (Gillian is from Ireland and work in healthcare& Julieta) in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms flat (your room shares the bathroom with Julieta on the second floor )/ 1 open kitchen - living room space with tv and 2 sofas- dining table

We are looking for someone Independent, clean and tidy, not a party animal, and non-smoker, someone who’s ideally working mainly from the office or hybrid
The Flat is generally a quiet and calm space as the flatmates have busy lives, however they are always down for a chat or movie night and are very friendly.
The room comes partly furnished (bed- wardrobe- bookshelf- desk) but I am happy to sell some of my furnitures

The rent is currently £876.26 and will rise to £942.52 in June. The bills comes around £150/ month (incl. water-electricity- wifi- gaz & council tax)
We also have a great housekeeper, who comes 2h/week and its an extra 10£each/week
[ you can ask her to clean your room if you want for an extra £15/h]
And there is £50 to pay for the admin(ref checks and put your name on the contract)

Viewing starting on 22nd, April to move in asap- ref checks done by the agency (can be done as quickly as in 1week if all ok)
