AVAILABLE 7 July ! I have a large bedroom available in our flat located on a quiet street in Kentish Town, a short walk from tube, shops, pubs & restaurants. There is a maisonette owned by another family above ours. Our flat consists of three floors: Top Floor: The King sized room To Rent w wardrobe, chest of drawers & desk; a bathroom, & smaller bedroom (my room, the owner) & a compact laundry area on the landing. I travel frequently, so you would have the bathroom to yourself frequently.
Ground Floor: The front door to the flat opens onto a double reception which flows into the modern kitchen extension which flows onto the garden. (Smoking allowed only here)
Lower Ground Floor: Two trusted lodgers, both professionals, live down here with their own shower room.

I am looking for a friendly, clean, professional/ academic/ serious student to move in. We are friendly, helpful. take the bins out, etc. Cleaning Lady Aga Comes Every Tuesday (Included in rent)
