We are looking for 1 new housemate (preferably a female) to join us in our lovely Kentish Town home. It's a recently renovated flat split over 2 levels with a modern kitchen & balcony downstairs, then four bedrooms (two on each floor), one toilet room on the top floor and bathroom on the bottom floor.
The room is available from the 1st February, as one girl is moving in with her boyfriend!
The apartment is located in-between Tufnell Park station (8 mins), Kentish Town station (10 mins) and Gospel Oak station (8 mins). It's also really close to Hampstead Heath. The balcony and all bedrooms are also south facing - so plenty of sunlight and perfect for a sun-downer after work!
The room is fully furnished, with a bed, drawers & wardrobe included. In terms of WFH, each room has a desk.
The current rent per month is £900 + bills (approx. £90 p/m depending on energy spend - incl. water, electricity, council tax (band C) & wi-fi). Heating is included with is a life saver for winter!

We are 2 professionals and 1 master student: Catherine, Marissa and Amelia, aged 25-26. Currently, we work and study hybrid. We ideally are looking for someone of a similar age, working professional & considers themselves 'tidy'. We love socialising.. whether a pint in The Vine pub, out for brunch, days exploring the city, grabbing a coffee, or swimming in the Hampstead Ponds, so looking for someone to hopefully join in, & turn from flatmate to friend!
