Beautiful Apartment in Kentish Town

Looking for two new flatmates to join a lovely two-storey apartment with a small garden in Kentish Town!

The house is ideally located, just 5 minutes’ walk from Kentish Town Tube Station and 5 minutes from Kentish Town West Overground. It’s very close to Kentish Town Road, full of great shops, cafés and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quieter corner of the neighbourhood where you can’t hear the noise from the main street.

The house is bright and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

I’ve really enjoyed living here with my current flatmates, who unfortunately are moving out, and I’d love to find two new people for a similar experience. I work from home a few days a week. I’m respectful of others’ space but also enjoy sharing dinners or spending time together at home.

Since there’s one bathroom, I value cleanliness and mutual respect in the shared areas. Bills are not included in the rent and come to about £200 per person per month (including all utilities, council tax and wifi).

The rooms will be available from the 8th of December. I’m not the owner of the property; the landlords work through an agency, which will carry out the usual reference checks. If suitable, the new tenants will join the existing tenancy agreement, paying a share of the total rent, which is £2,700 for the whole house.
