I am looking for a person (£1200pcm) , or a couple (£1500 pcm) to rent a very large, light-filled room ion the top floor of our 3-story flat. There is a bathroom next to your room, & a single bedroom which I might use from time to time for guests or to Airbnb. The middle floor consists of the entrance. a double reception, kitchen & a town garden. I stay in the bottom floor, w two bedrooms & bathroom. It's a warm, relaxed home & lodgers can use the kitchen, garden, laundry room. I have a trusted cleaning lady who comes once a week. If I'm away or out. you can use the living room. I have a sweet, elderly dog who is quiet & part of the family. I am looking for mature, trustworthy professionals or academics who are clean, tidy, respectful, Interesting & fun! I am a public speaker, author & journalist who sometimes travels for work.
