I am moving out of my room in Kentish Town to move in with my bf!

Price: £775 per month
Location: 3min walk from Kentish town station
Move in date: 24th of November
Contract: till January 2027 (but you can change names like I am currently doing)
Bills: roughly £100
Deposit: £950

It is a 2 story house with three other lovely girls and a small dog (filo). Maria (24, Brazilian), Anna (24, American), Eleanor (24, British). They are all very lovely and have a range of hobbies like salsa, Jujutsu, and painting.

There are 2 toilets (upstairs and downstairs) and a bathroom with a shower/bath. Separate living room, kitchen and utility room which creates a lot of storage. It has a small front garden and a small park right in front. It is not on the main road so doesn't get a lot of road noise

The room comes with a double bed, side table, and an inbuilt wardrobe which has lots of storage. The room currently doesn't fit a desk so you can use the one in the lounge (desk came with house), I am selling the desk chair as well for £30 if interested.

The letting agents will need to complete a reference process on you, and as long as that is all fine we can swap the contracts.
