Location
Quiet residential street in Kentish Town, just a 2-minute walk from the centre and 5 minutes to the Northern Line station. Tesco and Sainsbury’s are both within 5 minutes on foot. Central London is about 15 minutes away by bike.

The Flat
A bright, well-maintained four-bedroom flat spread over three floors. Shared areas include:
• A large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to cook and eat together
• Two bathrooms (you’ll share one with one other person)
• A balcony for relaxing outside
• A washing machine and a dishwasher

The Room
The available room is around 8 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and storage space – ready to move in.

Flatmates
You’ll be living with two friendly Swiss graduate students from the London School of Economics. Everyone has their own schedule, so the flat is often calm and quiet. Occasionally, we cook or spend an evening together. They are moving out by the end of August 2026.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone easy-going, responsible, and clean – ideally a student, but open to anyone who fits well into the flat.

Rent
On top of the rent, there is an additional £50 per month for utilities, which covers electricity, internet, and other household costs.
