Contract Takeover

This is a great place to stay. it's centrally located in Kentish Town. The northen line on the subway goes most places, busses too. Busses and train are less than 5 min walk. Your roomate is a post grad student who is very friendly and sweet. clean and likes her space but also enjoys chatting. great balance. The flat has 2 rooms. The room I am in is room B.
all bills are included and all bedding, towels, kitchen appliances, fridge ect. there is also heating. The kitchen and main are have windows looking out onto a smaller rooftop.

there is a double bed on the bottom and a adjustable top bunk if you have people over that can be raised up all the way to the roof. Nice sized shower, wardrobe space and many mirrors in the room and outside. The room doesnt have a window but it is very ventilated with big window in living are and a ventilation system that extracts air out that you can switch on and off. Honestly it sounds worse than it is air flows up the building into the lounge area and flows through the room very nicely. you can also use the ventilation system which is great. nice sized fridge and kitchen space enough for two.

Great space, great location and amenities like a gym, study and lounge areas, coffee and cafe downstairs, very convenient transport and sainsburys, icelander, tesco, gails, many cute coffee shops ect.

the takeover time is negotiable latest end of december, early January. Let me know if you would like more pictures or info.
