Looking for a post-graduate student to take over my lease ASAP, because I'm moving into another flat.

You'll be living with 4 other post-grad students (all UCL, 3 doctoral, 1 masters) in a convenient location in Kentish Town. 5-10 mins to Kentish Town West, 10-15 mins to Gospel Oak, Chalk Farm, and Kentish Town. If you're a fan of busses, the 24 and 46 bus routes run close-by.

The room is a double, ensuite. It comes furnished (bed + mattress, closet, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair). £1050pcm, all bills included.

You'll be sharing a fully-equipped kitchen with the rest of the flat who are positively lovely people!!

The current lease runs until the end of August 2026, but you'll be able to extend it further should you still be a student come next academic year.

MUST be a post-graduate student — proof of student status required:)
