Lovely cozy double room available in Kentish Town.

THE FLAT:
This is a three-floor flat in Kentish Town with a large kitchen and living room, so there’s plenty of communal space. There are two bathrooms so you'd be sharing a bathroom, with one other flatmate. The room has a double bed and furniture including a wardrobe and chest of drawers. It’s on the quieter side of the flat and has plenty of natural light.

The flat is on a quiet road but only a 5-minute walk from Kentish Town station. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Kentish Town West overground. Kentish Town is very accessible and it’s super easy to get to central London from here. It’s worth noting that we don’t have any space to store a bike in this flat, and street bike storage tends to have a long waiting list, so this probably wouldn’t suit cyclists. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the high street, which has lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. We’re about a 20-minute walk to lovely Hampstead Heath on one end, or the same amount of time to Camden Town and the beautiful Regents Park on the other end.

THE FLATMATES:
We are three female professionals aged in our late twenties. Our flat is fairly sociable and we like to hang out in the living room watching tv together. However, we also respect each other’s desire to do our own things.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and are looking for someone who can do the same.

RENT/BILLS/DEPOSIT:
The rent is £785 a month, but bills are extra (including council tax, energy, water and Wifi). They usually work out around £100 a month.
The deposit is £637.50 and would need to be paid before you move in.
