I work from home three days a week and am looking for someone who enjoys a calm, relaxed, and friendly home environment. Ideally looking for someone tidy, considerate, and happy to share a peaceful household.

Tucked away in a quiet corner, yet very close to Primrose Hill Park, Hampstead Heath, and a fantastic selection of shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Between Camden, Kentish Town, and Hampstead, the flat is peaceful but very well-connected to the city and West End.
Buses (24 & 46, along Malden Road): 1  min walk — direct into Central London(Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Circus, Paddington & Farringdon) Bus 1 - 5 min walk — regular service via Camden Town, Euston, Russell Square, Waterloo, and Elephant & Castle

Kentish Town West Station (Overground): 10 min walk

Victorian maisonette in a spacious house. Kitchen and living room on the ground floor; two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs.
Double room available with shared bathroom, on the quieter side of the flat, overlooking the garden.
The room comes with a desk, chair, clothes rack, desk lamp and a floor lamp.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker etc

Deposit: £1000
Rent includes water and council tax.

Healthy home using natural, low-toxin laundry and cleaning products, and a shower filter.
