Fully Furnished Double-Bedroom, Bills Included

Hello! I am subletting out my fully furnished double bedroom with a private bathroom in a cute neighbourhood of Kentish Town, for two months. All bills are included in the price (internet, council, gas, electric, water, property insurance).

I’ll be travelling abroad for two months, starting 01-Feb until 01-April and looking to sublet my room out to someone that’s chill and clean!

The space is shared with my really lovely flatmate, Kai 😊 He’s 32 and from Norway but has been living in London for 7 years now, working as a researcher/scientist at a pharmaceutical company. He works from home twice a week and we like to watch films together, a good concert! Our dynamic at home is relatively chill, and like to do things together but also our own thing too. We’ve just upgraded our TV and have a the newest Nintendo, so an added plus to moving in! 😉

7 minute walk to Tufnell Park tube station
or
5 minute walk to Kentish Town tube station (connects to the network rail)
or
13 minute walk to Kentish Town West for the Mildmay overground
