Double Room Available in 4 bed apartment

Hi, we are 3 people looking for one housemate to join us in a cosy house in Kentish Town. We are on a raised ground floor and second floor, on a very quiet and pretty street (cul de sac).

The room has a double bed and is a good size for a desk. It has a big window facing the street with morning light. The other 3 rooms are upstairs so the slight separation gives greater privacy. The house has two shared bathrooms, but with the downstairs one mainly personal to you since the other is upstairs next to our rooms. The house has an open plan kitchen / living room which opens onto a wonderful large balcony with space for outdoor seating, plant pots, and bike storage.

We are three friends who love cooking, watching movies, playing wii games, going on walks on hampstead heath and going out. We spend most evenings hanging out in the living room and would welcome a housemate happy to join in and become friends

The local area is wonderful, lots of supermarkets and independent grocery shops, gyms, pubs. Everything you need is in great walking distance. And only a 20 min walk to the best and biggest park in London, Hampstead Heath!

It is also an incredible location for travel and commuting. We are a less than 5 min walk from Kentish Town underground (northern line), Thames Link, and Kentish Town west overground (Mildmay), and plenty of busses. So you should be able to get to central London or east London very quickly. Or even Brixton in 35 min.
