Double Room Available Kentish Town

Hello,

I'm unfortunately leaving my room in my lovely flat located in Kentish Town and we are looking for a new flatmate to replace me.

About the flat:
This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat located in Kentish Town (9 mins walk from Northern Line tube station + Thameslink train, 15 mins walk from Kentish Town Road overground + many buses at 5-10 mins walk).
We have got a lot of supermarkets around (Sainsbury's, Aldi, Tesco) + loads of cute cafes and pubs!
Our road is very quiet and residential.
You have also access to a garden, which we are sharing with the tenants on the ground floor and first floor.

About the room:
This is a double room which comes with one bed and one cupboard that are furnished by the landlord (we have moved the cupboard downstairs and turned it into a shoe storage). I've purchased the white cupboard and the clothes rack you see in the pictures for better storage in the room, which I am happy to sell at a very reasonable price if you are interested!

About your future flatmates:
You will be living with Lucie (29, French, works in marketing) and Maliha (25, British, works as a fashion reporter). They are super lovely & sociable girls! We love to watch TV together, or go for an occasional drink/coffee but we also each like our own space so it is the perfect balance!

About you:
We are looking for someone that will keep the flat super clean and tidy, as we like our space to feel comfortable and nice to live in!
Lucie and Maliha work from the office 3-4 days a week, so we are ideally looking for someone who also has a hybrid WFH/office schedule (specially since my room doesn't have space for a desk).
We are looking for girls only (and if you speak French, it's a plus!)

Details:
The price of the room is £800 without bills.
Bills come at around £150 per month for gas/electricity/water/wifi/council tax.
The room is available from March 1st.
The deposit is £1000.
