Hi! I am leaving my lovely flat in Kentish Town before my contract is up and the Landlady has asked me to find a suitable candidate to take over.
The Place
The flat is gorgeous, spacious and cozy. It is a 1 bedroom flat on the 4th floor - 50m sq. It is west facing so you get lovely sunsets in the evenings. It is super well insulated (I have only had to put the heating on when temperatures hit sub zero) and faces an internal courtyard (not noisy).
It comes with all the furniture you see on pictures (except the leather chair and shelf stand in the corner) and also includes plates, mugs, glasses and some cutlery.
Bedroom: The bed is a new King Size bed with a protective cover. It is very comfortable. It has two black stylish railing for clothes.
Bathroom: I have made it a bit nicer with wooden toilet seat. It is a good sized bathroom with bathtub.
Living Room/Kitchen: Super lovely and spacious. I currently have a desk in there as well as I often WFH. There is a little balcony with a pigeon net. The Sofa is a three seater and people have slept on it in the past (not a sofa bed). The kitchen has a new oven/hob and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine. There is no dishwasher. The boiler is new. The place comes with a hoover.
Storage: There is a heated storage cupboard by the entrance with two shelves and space for coats. There is also a storage area in the kitchen where the boiler is where I keep the hoover, mop, bucket and clothes drying rack.
Practical Information
Bills are around £200/£225 per month (council tax, internet, water, gas&electric)

The landlady is honestly amazing. She has been a landlord with other properties for 16 years. This is technically her daughters house (who has now moved to Australia for a while) but she is my main point of contact. Super communicative and always available to help. I want to find someone she feels she can build a trusted connection with!
The contract would be signed via Martyn Gerrard Agency.
Move in date can be flexible for right person.
