Ensuite Double Room Available in Kentish Town

Hi,
our lovely flatmate Jordann has decided to move into a flat with her best friend and therefore we have a ensuite double room available in our flat situated between Kentish Town Station and Tufnell Park station.

THE ROOM
is suitated towards the back of the house away from the street (so it is nice and quiet) and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, and a tiny patio area and a private ensuite bathroom.

THE FLAT
is a 3 bedroom ground and lower ground floor flat. The available room is on the lowe ground floor. The other two bedroom share a bathroom an the ground floor. There is a open-plan kitchen, a living room and a private garden area (which was just refurbished last year with a new table/chairs). The kitchen comes with gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and all the usual utensiles. Some of the flatmates use near by laundramates to dry their clothes (they are quite cheap). To the front of the flats are some Beauty-Shops (which is excellent if you have a delivery during the day).

THE FLATMATES
First the boring bits, we are Amy (f, 26, from Hongkong) and Seb (m, 36, from Germany). We both work hybrid in tech in the city. At the moment, the room does not have a table since Jordann was usually working from the office. However it is possible to request a table/chair or you bring your own.
We would describe the flat as easy going flat. Everyone has their lives and we give each other the space they need, but we also love to spend time together for a chat, watching the telly togehter, go to a pub from time to time, or have the occational dinner togehter (we sadly loose the best sunday roast maker in the world), but we still keep the bake off queen Amy. This is also a LGBTQA+ friendly flat.

THE AREA
Situated 5 min away from Tufnell Park (Northern Line) and Kentish Town (Thameslink, Northern Line), 10-15 min away Goaspel Oak (Mildway Line, Suffragette Line), plenty of Bus-Stops (towards the City, Soho, Shoreditch etc), 2-3 min away from Sainsbury's Local, Coops and a short 10 min walk from Aldi.
