Lovely large, bright double room available in Kentish Town for short term let in a friendly house.

The house:
This is a three-floor flat in Kentish Town with a large kitchen and living room, so there’s plenty of communal space. There are two bathrooms so you'd be sharing a bathroom, with one other flatmate. The room has a double bed and furniture including a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. With 2 big windows there is plenty of natural light!

The flat is on a quiet road but only a 5-minute walk from Kentish Town station. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Kentish Town West overground. Kentish Town is very accessible and it’s super easy to get to central London from here. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the high street, which has lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. We’re about a 20-minute walk to lovely Hampstead Heath on one end, or the same amount of time to Camden Town and the beautiful Regents Park on the other end.

THE FLATMATES:
We are three female professionals aged in our late twenties. Our flat is fairly sociable and we like to hang out in the living room watching tv together. However, we also respect each other’s desire to do our own things.

We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and are looking for someone who can do the same.

RENT/BILLS/DEPOSIT:
The rent is £900 a month and bills work out usually around £100 a month (council tax, energy, water and Wifi).

The first month’s rent would need to be paid before you move in, and the minimum stay is 2 months, with flexibility on dates between mid February and end of April.
