I’m looking for someone to share this two bed flat with me - needs to be able to sign on asap for 1 Feb move in date. It’s a monthly rolling contract so it’s very flexible, the deposit is £100 and council tax is included. You need to be making about 29k to pass vetting and basically I don’t want a complete complete random in case they’re mental !
If you’d be interested let’s call and chat as need to sign on asap - it’s quite bare bones needs doing up etc - me and my dad are going to paint it and do some nice stuff to it after we get the keys and I won’t be moving in properly until 14th Feb most likely.
Also if you want the furniture pictured they will leave it for you
