Room in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment

Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate in a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment in Kentish Town as my current flatmate is moving out. I've lived here for a year so far and absolutely adore the place so would love to stay:)

The flat is bright, situated on the top floor and has absolutely fantastic views. There is a cozy shared living room, a shared terrace/balcony and a fitted kitchen (with a dishwasher!). The room itself is ensuite (with a shower and toilet) and has its own separate terrace/balcony alongside floor-to-ceiling windows. It is also part-furnished (the bed won't stay).

The lease would start around 14th April. The rent for the room is £1,175 per month. Bills are not included (but they usually average to around £150 - £200 per person per month incl. council tax).

I am a 24-year-old woman working as a management consultant and I am hoping to find a neat, friendly and reliable flatmate! I also love to grow plants on the shared balcony, read and host occasional dinners in the living room - it would be lovely if you would like to join sometimes:)

I work a hybrid job so would work from home a couple of times a week. There is a desk in the living room that's a great space for a hybrid worker! Our landlord is looking for someone in full-time work who is able to pass the usual referencing checks.

Location: the flat is just off the high street but all of the windows are facing away from the street and into the gardens. There are several major links nearby, including a 6min walk to Kentish Town underground station, 7min to Kentish Town West overground station and there are also loads of busses on the high street.

Local area: there is a large Sainsbury’s, Aldi, other supermarkets as well as numerous cozy coffee shops and restaurants. Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath are both approximately 25min walk away. There are also farmers' and flea markets happening in the area during the weekends:)
