My name is Susan and I am the current tenant of the flat and have lived here very happily for 4 years 😊

Move in date is 1st May as thats when the new tennancy starts but I am looking for a new tennant now as the property management needs to do verification.

About the room/ flat:
Spacious double room, with lovely original fireplace features. Optional to be partly furnished - bed frame, wardrobe, and chest of draws (pictured) or these can be removed if you already have furniture.
Amazing property management, who sort out issues super quick and are really helpfull.
The flat is 2 bed.
Separate living room with beautiful views to Hampstead heath, separate kitchen & balcony.
3rd floor so great views and quiet.

Location:
Less than 5 minute walk to Kentish Town (Northern Line & Thameslink), 10 minute walk to Tufnell Park, 15 minute walk to Kentish Town West Overground (Mildmay) and 15 minutes to enjoy beautiful Hampstead Heath!
Lots of buses that go into central and elsewhere
Such a nice area, peaceful but in walking distance to lots of great restaurants, pubs and so well connected to all areas of London.

Bills:
Approx £250 for council tax, water, electricity & internet.

About me:
I'm 36, I work in textile design, I am friendly, laid back and enjoy art, cinema, crafts, reading, cooking running, gym etc. I work from home 2 days a week and have a busy social life but also like to relax and watch tv.
I want the flat to feel like a home and am looking for someone who is friendly, calm, respectfull and who wants to hang out sometimes but who is also happy to do their own thing.
