Bedroom/En Suite in Kentish Town in April 🏠

Hey 👋🏼 We’re looking to fill the master bedroom in our flat in Kentish Town! It’s a great, spacious room with its own ensuite bathroom, so perfect if you want a bit more privacy and comfort. Ideally suited to a couple or a single who’s happy to take on the space.

The flat itself is bright, warm, and modern, with a really cosy, homely feel. There’s a large living area where everyone hangs out, plus a big, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). We have under floor heating throughout the house which means it’s super warm and cosy! We would say we’re a super social house but still feels calm and relaxed.

You’d be living with two Kiwi girls in their late 20s/early 30s—one works in People & Culture and the other in Sales & Operations. They’re both super friendly, easygoing, and great to live with. It’s a social flat with a really nice vibe, but everyone also respects their own space.

Location-wise, it’s a bit of a dream—tucked between Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill, perfect for walks, coffee runs, and grabbing It’s Bagels in the Park 🥯🌳 on a sunny day!

There’s loads nearby — Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Iceland all within an 8–10 minute walk, plus amazing local spots like Kossoff’s (an amazing bakery on the main road with incredible pastries and coffee). The Parakeet, our local pub, is just down the road and does one of the best roasts in London (and an unreal spicy margarita).

Transport is super easy too, with the Overground about 6 minutes away and Northern Line/Thameslink around a 10-minute walk. There are also great gyms nearby.

It’s a really cosy, well-connected neighbourhood with everything you need—we absolutely love living here, and it’s a perfect London base.
