Hi, my name is Brinsley Gascoigne and I am mail. I currently share my home with two Japanese ladies who are looking for a third Japanese girl to fill the last room in our home.

The room that is available is back facing, bright, quiet and gets the sun through the windows in the morning. It has a desk area with book shelves, a chair, bed with draws underneath and a wardrobe. The rent includes all bills and fast Fibre Optic Broadband.

We are situated in a beautiful area next to Hampstead Heath which is a very large public park and woods (Summer Concerts, Tennis Courts, and Cafes etc.). As you can see from the photo below there is a Bus Stop close to the house (214, C2, C11) and we are a 10 minute walk from Kentish Town Station (Northern line Zoon 2). From the station it is about 5 minutes to Camden town and 15 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.

The rent would be £180 a week (£780 a month) and this includes electricity, 24-hour hot water, central heating, wireless internet, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave Oven, Rice Cooker, Air Fryers, Sushi Knives etc. Everything you would need to cook is provided; nothing would need to be purchased.
