Long-term Sublet in warm, beautiful flat

6 month sublet in the heart of Kentish Town.

I am going to be away for roughly 6 months, and am looking for someone to move into my room- dates can be negotiated slightly.

It's a 2bdrm flat located in Kentish Town, on a lovely street, off the main road. The flat is furnished, gets tons of light, and is adorned with lots of plants.
Tube station is a 2 min walk, Overground is an 8 minute walk, and access to a number of bus routes.
Every type of shop you need located on the high street, and about a 15 minute walk from Hampstead Heath.

You'll be living with one other girl (27). She works hybrid in office, and from home.
Kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all shared.

The bedroom is small, but cozy. There's tons of closet space/storage, and a huge window with a gorgeous cherry tree outside. It will be furnished with a bed + mattress (and if you need linens etc sorted we can discuss/negotiate)

It's an amazing space, and very peaceful. Looking for someone respectful and kind! We keep the space tidy, but spend a lot of time here so it's cozy and friendly.
Bonus points if you have a green thumb as we have quite a few plants in the living room.

Price is £900 per month, and bills come to around 150-180 depending on the time of year.
