We have a spacious double room available in our flat from 15th July, as I’m moving out.

The room comes furnished with plenty of storage space in the flat and gets plenty of natural light.

You’d be living with three other flatmates, sharing the kitchen/living area, balcony, and bathroom.

The flat is in a great location — around a 10-minute walk from both Tufnell Park and Kentish Town stations (Northern Line, Zone 2), as well as being just around the corner from Gospel Oak Overground. Kentish Town Thameslink and several bus routes are also nearby.

Rent is £800 per month, which includes heating. Other bills/utilities (including WiFi and council tax) come to approximately £120 per month.

The tenancy is managed through our letting agency/landlord, who will require the usual references and deposit.
