You'd be living with 2 women in their late 20's early 30's who work full time.
One is a teacher, the other is a manager.
We use this place as our base and get along well, but it does not have a shared space such as a living room and as such it is not much of a social flat.
We are looking for someone clean, quiet, friendly to takeover our current flatmates lease on the room.

Lease takeover from the 18th of July.
<5 minute walk to Kentish Town Station (we can see it from our doorstep)
10 minute walk to Kentish Town West (overground)
134, 210, 214, 88, 393, N20 bus stop 2 minute walk away.

The flat is on the second floor, above a co-op and creams, opposite a McDonalds (if that's your thing!).
We are a 15 minute walk (max) away from Camden Town, and you can walk the same to Hampstead Heath.

We're in an absolutely amazing spot, with transport links.
There is a new Aldi down the road, a Co-Op just downstairs, a Sainsbury's Local across the road, and our big supermarket Sainsbury's is 15 minutes walk down the road into Camden.

Rent is 695.99 a month, bills not included.
Deposit is 650.
The bills have been pretty consistent, around the 160 mark.
Bills include wifi, water, power, council tax. We take it in turns buying toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and this is included in the bills at the end of the month.

We would like to look into getting a fortnightly cleaner for the shared spaces (kitchen/bathroom).

The move in date is not flexible, as the current flatmate is buying her own home and is moving out on this date.
