Two rooms available in vibrant Kentish Town

My two flatmates are moving out towards the end of September so I am looking for two new people to join this fantastic flat who want to help create a friendly, sociable, and homely environment.

I have lived in London for nearly three years now and grew up in the North West of England. I am a TV producer and work shifts 4-5 times per week. My hobbies include running, heading to the gym and attending gigs, exhibitions and the theatre. I also enjoy reading (and talking with likeminded people about what I have read), writing and spending time in nature – especially on Hampstead Heath which is only 20 mins walk away. If you are also a keen pub-quizzer I am sure we will get along well!

The flat:
- Modern open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with large shared fridge
- Modern bathroom with shower and bath
- Outside patio space (which I would like to put some work into to make it look nicer for summer evenings)
- Safe and secure outdoor space for bikes
- Close to Northern Line and Thameslink as Kentish Town station is only about a 5 min walk away; Camden Town overground is also only about 15 mins walk away to get to east and west London easily
- Local shops include an ALDI, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Co-op all on Kentish Town high street

The two bedrooms:

Larger double room at £1075
- Large double-railed wardrobe
- Bright space with high ceiling and windows letting in lots of natural light
- Bookshelves, bedside table and desk not included

Smaller double at £1000
- Cosy space with good natural light
- Large built-in wardrobe space
- Desk space in the shared living area downstairs
- Chest of drawers not included

Bills are around £130 per month
