Looking for someone to take over a room in my lovely flat from July 19th — my current flatmate is moving in with her partner. This would be a formal swap on the tenancy agreement, so you’d be added as a named tenant, subject to standard reference checks (including a minimum of 3 months in your current job).
About me 👩🏽💼: I’m from New Zealand 🥝! I work as an engineer in central London. I love to travel, checking out the endless number of bakeries in London, a hot girl walk in hampstead heath and watching trashy tv shows!
I work hybrid, so I split my time between WFH and in the office.
I'm sociable, easy going and I love to have a good chat, however I’m also respectful of personal space.

- Double bed, drawers and wardrobe rail.

- Bills: between £160-£180 per month (depending on the season). Includes council tax, electric, gas, water and internet.
