Spare Double room in cosy Kentish Town 2 bed flat

Currently seeking a new flatmate in a 2 bed flat just two minutes away from Kentish Town Station.

Room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, drawers and a large wardrobe. Shared areas include an open plan kitchen / living area with TV, record player and PS5.

Rent is £1125pcm, bills not included. Bills typically range between £40-60 pcm depending on usage.

I’ve been with the same flatmate since we moved in September 2023, but he is now moving out to live with his partner.

I’ll be heading back to university (UCL) for a Master’s in History, so ideally looking for another student or young professional. I’ll be studying quite a lot next year, but hoping to find someone who likes to chat and hang out in the evening in the living room or at the cinema, or head to a gallery on a day off. (I have a V&A membership that needs to get used)

I’ve spent the last year working in the bike industry, so any interest in cycling or sports is a plus.
