We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in Kentish Town, NW5. It is in an easily accessible location equidistant between Chalk Farm and Kentish Town station as well as Gospel Oak and Kentish Town West, so it is very accessible by tube, Thameslink, and Overground.

•Availability: Starting first week of September (exact date TBD) 2026
* Please note that you will need to sign the lease by 15th of August 2026.
• Rent: Approximately £713pm (excluding bills)
* Please note that the rent changed (from £693 to £713) as the landlord has said he is raising the rent £80 total (£80/4 people = £20).
* Bills usually come to about £100pm in the winter, less in the summer (~£70ish)
• Rooms: 1 available

About us:
Two of us are PhD students (one of us in neuroscience and one in immunology), and one of us is a folk singer-songwriter also working as a nanny. We tend to work different schedules as we make it work in the big city, but we are respectful of each other and the space (as it is a small but cosy flat), and we try to gather now and again for meals and pub outings!
We would be happy to welcome other postgraduate students as we would get a 25% discount on council tax.
