Spacious Double Bedroom & Private Bathroom

Hi everyone!

I'm moving back to Toronto, so I'm looking for a friendly, tidy young professional to take over my spacious double room in our lovely Kentish Town 2 Bed/2 Bath flat.

The Room

You'll have:
- A spacious double bedroom
- Your own private bathroom
- Juliette balcony that lets in plenty of natural light and air in
- Fully furnished room including a Queen-sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, and two bedside tables

The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need to feel at home.

We've made the living room into a great place to unwind, with a recently upgraded 55" TV, surround sound speakers, a PS5, and a Nintendo Switch for movie nights or the occasional Mario Kart tournament. If you work from home, there's also a shared desk setup that's perfect for home office days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
- Full-sized dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Full-sized fridge/freezer
- Air fryer, toaster, Nespresso machine (a household fave!)

We keep the flat clean, organised, and comfortable, and we're looking for someone who enjoys living in a tidy shared space too.

About My Flatmate

You'll be living with Kai (32), who works as a Research Scientist. He's in the office two or three days a week and, outside of work, enjoys trips to the cinema, walks in the park, and exploring the local area.

We have a great balance as flatmates. Sometimes we'll head to the pubs together, have a Mario Kart competition, or catch up over dinner. Other times we're happy doing our own thing and respecting each other's space. We're hoping to find someone who'll fit naturally into that relaxed, respectful dynamic.

The location is in an amazing spot in Kentish Town with fantastic transport links:

🚇 8-minute walk to Tufnell Park (Northern Line)

🚆 15-minute walk to Gospel Oak or Kentish Town West (Overground)

You're also surrounded by fantastic cafés, pubs, restaurants, and green spaces, all within the vibrant Camden Borough (Council Tax Band B).
