Description
I'm looking for someone to take over my housemate's lovely double room in our two-bedroom house share on Kentish Town Road.
The house is bright and welcoming – the perfect place to come home to. It's in an amazing location, coffee shops, pubs and charity shops, with the Lido and the Hampstead Ponds all within easy reach. Kentish Town station is less than a 3-minute walk away, giving you access to the Northern line and Thameslink, making commuting across London incredibly easy.
I'm looking for a working professional or student aged between 25–36 who is friendly and sociable, but also respectful of each other's space. Ideally, you'll be considerate, tidy and looking for somewhere to genuinely call home.
A couple of things to note:
>The house has been furnished by us rather than the landlord. Everything in the shared spaces will remain the same.
>The bedroom can continue to be furnished if you'd like, for a reasonable agreed payment (I've included furnished/unfurnished images).
>There will also be a small contribution towards the furniture in the living room when you move in (no more than £100). I'll be able to confirm the exact amount over the next few days.
Move-in date: 1 September
Rent: £1,000 per month, including all bills.
If you think you'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you. Feel free to get in touch with a little bit about yourself, and I'm happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.
